Why are you rebranding?
We’re evolving. Under new ownership, we’re modernizing the experience with fresh branding, expanded services, interactive training, and new technologies. SwishZone better reflects our long-term vision to deliver elite-level basketball development in a more dynamic and engaging fun environment.
Is it still the same company?
Yes. While the name and brand have changed, we’ve kept the same commitment to quality and the core team that made Shotz City successful — just with more tools and energy to serve you even better.
Why change the name if the service is the same?
The new name reflects our ambition to grow, lead in high-tech skill training, and create a stronger brand that resonates locally and nationally. It also signals the beginning of a new era with expanded offerings.
Will my current membership, package, or booking still work?
Yes. All existing memberships, credits, and bookings will still be done through MindBody. You can access it through our new website www.swishzone.ca
Are prices changing?
There are no major price changes at this time. Any minor adjustments reflect added value through upgraded equipment, improved facilities, and expanded services. We’re also working on standardizing package options across both SwishZone locations —Scarborough and HoopDome — so members will soon be able to access their accounts and sessions at either facility seamlessly.
Will the training sessions or services be different?
Yes — in a good way! We’re going to add new training modules, interactive tools, and skill development programs. Everything you love is still here, with more value and variety to help you grow faster.

Yes. We have new emails and a new website. All contact info is listed on www.swishzone.ca. If you ever need help, we’re just a click away.
Will there be events or launch promotions?
Yes! Stay tuned for special launch promotions, open houses, and new program announcements through our newsletter and social media channels. We plan to be much more interactive with our clients. Let us know what you think!
Will this impact my bookings?
No disruptions are expected. If you have individual bookings, an existing group package or team training slot, it remains in place. Your coach or team coordinator will be contacted with any relevant updates.
